This policy applies to MiaoLan Excavator Parts (the “Company”, “we”), a supplier of undercarriage parts for crawler excavators and bulldozers, with production in QuanZhou (FuJian) and XingTai (HeBei), China.

1. What data we collect

When you submit a quotation request through our advertising forms on Facebook or Instagram, or contact us on WhatsApp, email or this website, we may collect:

• Your name;
• Your email address and WhatsApp / phone number;
• Information about your business (business type, whether you are a contractor, rental company, dealer or workshop);
• Information about your machines (machine type, model, fleet size);
• The content of your messages to us.

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we do not collect payment card details through our forms.

2. How we use your data

• To contact you and answer your enquiry;
• To prepare and send a quotation for excavator and bulldozer spare parts;
• To provide technical matching of part numbers to your machine model;
• To follow up on orders, shipping and after-sales warranty claims.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling beyond matching your enquiry to the relevant product.

3. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We share it only with:

• Meta Platforms (Facebook / Instagram), which delivers the advertising form through which you contacted us;
• Our own sales staff and, where required for shipping, our freight forwarder — limited to the information needed to deliver your order;
• Authorities, where disclosure is required by law.

4. Retention

We keep enquiry data for a maximum of 24 months after our last contact. Order and shipping records are kept longer where required by accounting and customs regulations.

5. Your rights

You may ask us at any time to: confirm what data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. To do so, contact us using the details below. We respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Pages delivered through Facebook or Instagram are subject to Meta’s own cookie and data policies.
