Track rollers, carrier rollers, idlers, sprockets, track chains and track shoes — produced to our specification in FuJian and HeBei, supplied to contractors, mining operations, rental fleets and parts dealers worldwide.
Undercarriage parts for excavators and bulldozers — shipped to Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the UAE, plus Africa and Latin America, FOB XiaMen / TianJin.
Full set of undercarriage wear parts for crawler excavators and bulldozers, from mini machines to large mining units. OEM numbers and non-standard sizes quoted on request.
Forged 40Mn2 wheel body, induction-hardened tread. Shaft in 50Mn round bar, quenched and tempered, then induction hardened. 15Cr3Mo duo-cone floating seal, lubricated for life. Single or double flange. (also called bottom rollers)
Supports the upper track run, keeps the chain aligned and reduces link wear. Same 50Mn shaft and 15Cr3Mo duo-cone seal as the track roller. Maintenance-free. (also called upper rollers)
Hardened flange and machined bore to hold track alignment. Bimetal bush with a bronze running lining, bored after press-fit so shaft clearance is set in the assembly. Supplied bare, or as an assembly with yoke and recoil spring. (also called front idlers)
Drive sprocket with heat-treated teeth, matched to chain pitch. Bolt-on segment or one-piece, per machine model. (also called drive sprockets)
Complete link assemblies with carburized 20CrMnTi pins and bushes, press-fitted, sealed and greased at assembly. Standard for general earthwork, heavy-duty for quarry and mining. (also called link assemblies)
Single, double and triple-grouser plates forged from 25MnB or 35MnB boron steel, grouser tips induction hardened, then tempered. Widths from 300 mm to 900 mm to suit the ground condition. (also called track pads)

This table covers the roller and idler assembly. Hardness and hardened depth are measured on the finished part, not on the billet. Links are forged 35MnB in both grades — what changes is the forging route, the case depth and the link section, not the steel grade. Shoe plate grade follows the ground. Material and process for every item go into the quotation.
Five steps, in this order — the route our track link material goes through. The steel grade is the easy part; anyone can buy the same billet. What separates a link that lasts from one that fails early is this sequence.
Billet heated and forged to the link profile, so the grain runs with the shape — through the pin boss and the rail, which is where a link carries its load.
Pin bore, bush bore, rail face and bolt holes cut to drawing. Bore position sets the pitch; a few hundredths out and the chain runs tight and stretches early.
Hardened through, then tempered back so the core stays tough. A link that is only hard on the skin cracks at the pin boss the first time a rock goes under the shoe.
The rail is the face that runs on the rollers, so it gets induction hardened — then tempered again. Hard enough to last, tempered enough not to chip or spall.
Pins and bushes pressed and sealed, links counted and matched to the machine model. You receive a set for a machine, not a crate of loose links.
Two production bases running machining and heat treatment, with stock kept on pallets — not drop-shipped from a marketplace after you place the order.

One machine set or a project order — same quotation process, same lead time commitment.
